The Made of Dough team already know how to knock up a good pizza but now they’re branching out into the world of thin-crust Roman-style pizzas with Roma Pizza, opening on Brick Lane next month. Made using organic dough, rolled to just 1mm thick, these pizzas will be topped with organic tomatoes, two types of mozzarella (one from Italy, the other from Somerset) and other goodies like pepperoni from Bedfordshire. And yes there will be vegan options.
Best of all, every single one of the eight 12″ pizzas will cost just a FIVER. With cocktails coming in at five quid too plus house wine for £3 and house draft beers for £2.25 this is a real cheap eat. And if you get down there on the soft launch between 7th – 10th November, you can get buy-one-get-one-free on pizzas. BOOM.
