He’s just opened Kutir in Chelsea but that’s not slowing down Rohit Ghai at all as he’s also opening a street food concept called KoolCha at Boxpark Wembley with his business partner Abhishake Sangwan. Aside from Kutir, the pair have worked together at Gymkhana, Bombay Bustle and Jamavar, where Rohit won a Michelin star.
Inspired by Rohit’s childhood memories, the menu at KoolCha will feature traditional North Indian kulcha flatbreads, homemade pickles, dal, raitas and chutneys, with both hot and iced fruit teas, cocktails and Indian beers on the menu. The concept joins the likes of Bombay Burrito, Nanny Bills, Zia Lucia, Ugly Dumpling, Thai Express, Hola Guacamole, The Athenian and more on the Boxpark Wembley line-up so you certainly won’t be going hungry here.
