Founded by GB and England freestyle wrestling champion turned personal trainer Keith McNiven, Right Path Fitness is a personal training team that knows hows to deliver results. Blending Keith’s experience of competing at a national level and specialist fitness knowledge, the trainers at Right Path Fitness help people get in shape with their extensive range of training packages. Not only do they offer one-to-one and group sessions in both their Shoreditch studio or the great outdoors, if you’re serious about getting fit they can tailor six- or twelve-week intense programmes to your exact goals, complete with multiple sessions a week and a personalised diet plan. And if you can’t wait that long to see gains, Right Path even do 30-minute, high intensity blast sessions…perfect for squeezing in on your lunch break.
