Wedo like to see somewhere open that’s doing something a little different and Shuang Shuang is definitely doing that. They are offering hot pot dining with ingredients from a conveyor belt that you pluck and cook yourself. Think Yo Sushi only for grown-ups and with fine dining ingredients – yes that is marbled Japanese beef and those are fresh scallops.
There’s a range of broths to choose from and once you’ve made your choice they pop it in your bowl on the table and you get cooking.
