Vietnamese joint Salvation in Noodles has opened up a second site, even further North than the first in Dalston, all the way up in Finsbury Park. The laid back noodle joint features a similar Vietnamese menu to Dalston only with some additional dishes to boot.

We kicked things off with the crispy Phu Quoc chicken wings coated in a sticky fish sauce and the tasty Vietnamese dumplings. We followed things up with a HUGE bowl of Bun Bo Hue, that’s a spicy, sour noodle soup and our favourite dish on the menu, the Bun Nem Nuong with soft pork patties.
