is a fine dining Chinese restaurant located in South Kensington – no buffets here! From the outside the restaurant looks a little deceiving, but once inside and past the small bar it opens up into a spacious two floor restaurant.

Dishes are Chinese with South Asian influences and there’s also a good selection of cocktails and wines too. We went for the Chinese Teacup, a cocktail for two served in a tea cup crammed with fresh fruit, light and refreshing it’s a great alternative to vino. Bang Bang Chicken with a spicy sesame dressing started the meal on a high note, the strips of chicken and crunchy cucumber were coated in an addictive punchy dressing. Whilst Vietnamese Crystal Rolls stuffed with pork and prawn were perfectly light and fresh.

Vietnamese chicken curry was a hearty dish, the thick, creamy curry sauce came well spiced and was ideal for combating the minus temperatures outside. Naga Black Cod was a super soft piece of juicy fish served with a sticky, sweet sauce, so good we could have eaten it twice. A side of stir fried egg noodles were non-greasy, light and fresh – three words which could be used to sum up the whole meal. For delicate Asian cooking bursting with flavours NAGA is where it’s at.
