new joint from Grind & Co, the peeps behind Holborn Grind, Soho Grind and Shoreditch Grind is now open and what an address. Number 2 London Bridge now houses London Grind; espresso bar by day, cocktail den by night. Unlike the other Grinds, London Grind serves more substantial food too with everything from baked eggs and avo on toast for breakfast and weekend brunch to braised lamb shank and scallops for dinner.
