wanted to try Honest Burgers for a long, long time now but we’ve never quite been able to brave a one hour queue for a table – no rezzies here people. However when we heard about the collaboration with True Blood and the new limited edition Louisiana and Bloody Mary we thought we’d try our chances once again.

This time we managed to bag a table in the window at the Soho branch which is a small, simple space with a focus on eat and go rather than a long dining experience. We dived straight into the Louisiana Burger, a Cajun Blackened Patty (with Aged Ginger Pig Beef served pink and juicy), Bloody Mary Ketchup, Fired Onions, Beef Tomato and Blood Leaf. Every bit as good as it’s rep the burger came served with crispy house chips and rosemary salt.

The Louisiana burger is only on offer until Monday 17th June so you best get in that queue if you want to try it!
