Granger has done it again, he’s opened up another restaurant in the Granger & Co series with the same successful formula. Bright, airy decor and a menu of fresh, flavoursome food – so good you’ll want to order every, single dish.

The new Granger & Co has just opened in Kings Cross, it’s not as big as the others but there’s still plenty of space. On the menu there’s a good selection of the most popular dishes from his restaurants and a few new additions. We started with a plate of the addictive courgette chips, nigella seeds and tahini yoghurt and a couple of the Spritz cocktails.
We then dived into the light Kim chee, spinach and ricotta dumplings with toasted chilli oil, the fresh heritage tomatoes with basil and a bowl of light, crunchy shrimp tempura. We shared a big plate of the BBQ sticky chilli belly pork, roast peanuts & spring onion salad – a best seller across the three Granger & Co’s and it’s clear to see why.
For dessert we had the staple strawberry pavlova with lashings of cream and chewy meringue and the chocolate cup. Oh and we may or may not have taken some peanut brittle and fudge home. For a restaurant you can rely on, Granger & Co is always a great shout.
