some serious flavour shaking going down in West London, and it’s based in the heart of the famous Carnival Village. Let us introduce you to Flamingos Eatery, literally food for the soul. ‘Better belly buss dan good food waste’ is the Caribbean restaurants mantra, and it’s safe to say we were bursting at the seams on departure…

We tucked in to Jamdown Jerk Fish, a whole stuffed sea bream with orka and callaloo, a rich, boneless curry mutton, served with rice and peas and plantain chips with homemade chilli jam. All whilst sipping on rum punch and our first ever Guinness punch – when in Rome (Flamingos!).

Flamingos Eatery is the start of an amazing adventure for two fearless girls, Sharea and Duda who have poured their heart and soul into it…Be warned these carnival queens are coming to get you, so make sure you’re hungry!
