Caterina55 opened their doors earlier this month offering authentic Italian food…the home-made taste of Ligurian cooking to be exact at affordable prices. We popped in to get the low down on the all new Italiano joint.
FYI everything is homemade and freshly prepared, we tried the Pesto Genoverse burger, that’s homemade burger, pesto and bread right there people. We also digged the fried calamari and panissa fries, made out of blended chickpeas. Wanting to be a little healthy for the final dish, we opted for a fruit and a chocolate mousse desert which was light and refreshing…and didn’t make us feel like we were being too naughty.
