SOHO THEATRE
SEPTEMBER 2014

If you’ve seen their C4 show, and you’ve seen Switch, the spoken word poet, and you’re a fan of suburban Banksy, then Cardinal Burns at The Soho Theatre should be on your radar right now.  Seb Cardinal and Dustin Demri- Burns are gracing the Dean Street stage with a ‘sketch’ show which will entertain and bewilder in equal measure.

This comedy duo compliment one another’s performance entirely and their comedy is built largely on a good rapport with one another and, of course, their audience.  The 60 minute show encompasses a bump n grind R Kelly sesh which will, literally, leave you wet, to a Pomme de Terre Maris Piper mash up any Francophile would grin at.

These guys broke out at the Fringe in 2009, are critically acclaimed, have won British Comedy Awards, are Bafta nominees and are amongst a growing breed of home grown cult comedians.

Their comedy is simple but funny and the pair have an obvious talent for pulling off colloquial accents, it being a large part of their repertoire…take note if you’re from Stoke. Cardinal Burns are a British Comedy duo to be proud of and will, if anything, let you leave the Soho Theatre, smiling…all in an hour’s work.

There are just a handful of tickets available, for one show, during its run, on 26th September, but Cardinal Burns are going on tour, and we’re sure, what goes on tour, won’t stay on tour…check out full deets here
