Retan, the collab project from Cameron Dewar and Josh Dallaway, is back with another supper club and this time they’re taking over The Plough in Homerton. The pair (Cameron does the wine, Josh does the food) met at Sager & Wilde and designed Retan to be a touring supper club, with the aim to take it across Europe. The big C got in the way of that so they’ve been roving around London instead, popping up at the likes of Untitled, Legare, The Laughing Heart and Crispin.
The menu for The Plough, coming in at £45 for four courses plus snacks, includes dishes like creamed Culver corn with roasted yeast, chilli & oxtail; guinea fowl with courgette, salted gooseberry & basil; and peach & sake lees melba, with wines from Cameron and cocktails coming from The Plough bar.
