Two of the best restaurants in their respective cities – Restaurant 108 in Copenhagen and London’s Ikoyi – are joining forces for a one-off collaboration dinner this October. At Restaurant 108, sister site to Noma, it’s all about connecting to nature through food, using local ingredients and foraging, pickling and fermenting techniques. Michelin-starred Ikoyi fuses West African flavours and British produce to create a truly unique food style.
Kristian Baumann from 108 will be joining Jeremy Chan in the Ikoyi kitchen to serve up a 9-course blind tasting menu that blends the styles and signature dishes of both restaurants whilst making use of the best seasonal ingredients. The menu, available for lunch or dinner, is £150 with an optional drinks pairing for £80, and you can book via the website.
