kale anyone? What on EARTH are we talking about? Chef Kate Magic is planting the seeds for Rawligion, a new plant-based restaurant is opening on Tottenham Court Road. Using local, organic and seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices, sprouts, seeds, sea vegetables and cold-pressed oils, no dishes will include any animal products…apart from the honey. Serving everything up in it’s rawest form possible expect everything from maitake mushrooms to dehydrated courgette crusted pizzas and even cauliflower sushi with seaweed caviar…ooh la la. And if you feel the need to indulge, fear not they’ve got a WHOLE chocolate room, where you can feast on peppermint thins and salted caramel…and if it’s raw, it’s healthy right? Opening in early June, whether you’re on a health kick or just wanna try something different, Rawligion sounds RAW-TASTIC…
