RANGE OF MOVEMENT TRAINING

Explore the importance of range of movement training with this workshop from Lotti at Blok. Building on strength and flexibility the two-hour class will give you a whole range of techniques and movements to help open up the areas that need work, like your hips, back, neck and hamstrings, and you’ll learn how to realign into the shape you’re supposed to be in.

Whether you’re already a yoga bunny or newbie to exercise, there’s something everyone can take away from this movement workshop.
