Ramen Moto, the tiny Charlotte Street spot known for its silky chicken white broth, is opening a second site on the Fifth Floor at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. If you’ve somehow missed it, Ramen Moto is the UK’s first specialist in chicken white broth: a silky, foamy base built through hours of reduction rather than the usual pork bones. It’s become the signature of the Fitzrovia original, where the six-cover counter and open kitchen have made it a regular fixture on London’s best-ramen lists since it opened in 2023, the flagship from a team whose ramen education began in Sapporo, Hokkaido, back in 2016. The Knightsbridge site will bring the same signature ramen, Japanese small plates and homemade kombucha to the department store.
Ramen Moto is one of our fave ramen spots in London, so we’re happy to see it’s getting it’s day on the (shop) floor.
