Remember when we posted on Instagram about those rainbow croissants, well the pastries are now on sale at Hotel Cafe Royal, Regent Street. Made with Lescure butter and filled with homemade Amarena cherry jam, the pastries take two days to make and involve pastry lamination and chilling, before the colours can be merged. But this means, there will limited availability with only a handful of croissant available each morning from 8am- so get down there early!
