Adam White, restaurateur and founder of Village London…you know, the group behind the Riding House Cafe and Village East…is opening a new joint, the Rail House Cafe, in the swishy new Nova Victoria development. The 330-cover restaurant will be a modern, all-day dining kind of place, with a huge downstairs eating and drinking area as well as an upstairs bar, raised private dining room and a large outdoor space for plenty of al fresco action. When it comes to the food, they’ve put an unusual spin on some classics and you can expect the likes of Green Tea Waffles and a Burgerdict; an eggs Benedict come burger creation, which will be served up alongside some healthier options such as a Sea Bass Ceviche and Chargrilled Octopus.
To celebrate their opening Rail House Cafe are of course holding a soft launch, but not as you know it… and they will let you cho-cho-choose what you pay. During their opening week, they will operate a honesty policy and ask you to pay for what you enjoy, and the stuff you don’t like will be free. If you like the sound of that, just book a table here and get ordering those weird dishes.
