pucci mayfair to open

If you were a fan of Pucci Pizza on the King’s Road you’ll be pleased to hear that it’s (sort of) coming back to life. Tilly Turbett (ex-Gordon Ramsay and Noma) is opening Pucci Mayfair with Pucci’s son Rufus Albanese overseeing the front of house, and the menu will feature pizzas made to the family recipe.

As well as Italian influences, Tilly’s also incorporated Turkish and Lebanese flavours into the small plates menu, which features the likes of glazed Barbary duck breast with pomegranate molasses and sweet potato; wild sea bass crudo with chilli, melon and lime oil; sticky pumpkin with honey, sesame, goat curd and Aleppo pepper; harissa-charred cauliflower with green tahini and pomegranate; and baklava millefeuille with honey cream, pistachio and rose. If you can’t decide between pizza and mezze then this is the spot for you.
