the pretty horrific days of dry January have nearly dried out we look to all things tipsy. Not long now until spring – we just need to endure the heartache of Valentine’s Day and turn to our best friend beer! To rosy the horizon as we no doubt drink ourselves through the rest of winter, we have the Pub on the Park beer festival to look forward to in March.

Hosted by the wonderful pub on London Fields, we can look forward to three days of booze, brews and BBQs. Home brewers amongst you can enter a competition by 15th March with their best bottle to be judged ahead of the free festival on 20-22 March. There will be 23 rotating casks, Belgium bottles and Hertfordshire ciders as well as DJ’s and an American style BBQ. Best of all it’s free! Now let’s sail steady through February and see you on the other side for a burger, beer and a boogy in blossoming London Fields…
