Producer Pioneers is a brand new series of events, brought together by Classic Album Sundays, Resident Advisor and DJ and producer Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, to guide and inspire future generations of women in music production. This first instalment of the series will be held throughout October and November, featuring four live interviews with some of the industry’s most influential female producers who’ll speak on their creative process by dissecting seven of their tracks. Here’s what the programme looks like:
- 18th October: Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy interviews Honey Dijon
- 25th October: Raj Chaudhuri interviews Flava D
- 1st November: DEBONAIR interviews Lucinda Chua
- 8th November: Tina Edwards interviews Emma-Jean Thackray
Each interview will take place at Colour Factory, but the sessions will be recorded to make the events more accessible.
