Pan Pacific’s acclaimed cocktail bar Silverleaf has a one-off takeover planned for Pride, featuring five ultra-talented bartenders from the queer community. On the 30th of June, the cocktail masters behind the Silverleaf bar will include Matt Birks of Seed Library, Georgia Balson formerly of Lyaness, Bear Frantzoli of Edinburgh’s The Bon Vivant, and Lynsey and Elyse Von Ruinn of Charlie Brown. The dream team will be shaking up a menu of cocktails using Hendricks, Monkey Shoulder and Reyka, with each drink representing a colour of the rainbow. There’ll also be DJs from London’s LGBTQIA+ music scene and a performance from Daisy Doris of the London-based Drag King collective Häus of Dons – plus, the evening will be in support of LGBTQIA+ mental health charity MindOut.
