Pratt Schneiders, the deli known for selling top quality European kitchen staples – Cantabrian anchovies, Basque salt flakes, Belgian chocolate and the like – is teaming up with sandwich kings Dom’s Subs for a pop-up deli stall and an epic collab sarnie. Their take on the Madrid classic Bocadillo De Calamares features crispy battered squid tossed in parsley & Spanish pimenton, garlic aioli and guindilla peppers inside a Dom’s house baked semolina sub roll, topped with a wedge of lemon, and it’s available for one weekend only at the Dom’s Subs Bevis Marks shop, so don’t hang about.
