Your fave London cocktail bar for when you want a guaranteed great drink?
Scales – the aroma of the bar alone steals my heart. Dim lighting, seductive and, of course, great energy and cocktails!
Your go-to cocktail order?
A bottle of champagne (preferably to share) followed by some sort of ice cold martini – gin, dry, with a twist! I’m over dirty! Along with a large bottle of ice cold sparkling water & lemon.
The 2026 bar opening you’re most looking forward to
Burro, Burro, Burro!!! Not necessarily a bar, but anyone who’s a fan of Trullo, need I say more?
What’s In? Absolutely anything that tickles your fancy, cold brew, ingredients used multiple times, anything freezer batched.
What’s Out? Service WITHOUT a smile, cocktail glasses that haven’t been pre-chilled and SHIT ICE! Bar snacks, queuing, being a dick to staff.
