the highlight of your lunch break is currently looking at cat videos on YouTube, it might be time to start thinking about getting out more. Luckily, we can tell you exactly where.

From Monday 23rd June, Propercorn will be transforming Golden Square Soho into the scene of a traditional British picnic and topical beach to help city workers escape the daily grind. So you’re guaranteed a much better view than your computer screen (yes even better than the cat playing piano). The week-long installation will include life-sized 2D and 3D hand-illustrated scenes as well as props for the public to create their own fun.

And to complete the tranformation, a roster of entertainment has been scheduled including a funk trio, an opera singer, live art and complimentary illustrative manicures. Is there a cat video for all that? Didn’t think so.
