impressing us with his 2 year PipsDish pop-up in Islington Chef Philip Dundas now has a new home for his restaurant in Hoxton Square. The new joint opens on 1st July and will be called the Kitchen Table.

Like PipsDish there will be no menu with dishes created depending on which ingredients are available on the day, expect Cumbrian blackface lamb with chicory and anchovy dressing; Jersey Royals, porcini and Somerset goat cheese.

There will be a loyalty club where your 5th lunch is free – no doubt that’ll go down a storm in Shoreditch – an open table on an evening with prices from £55 including food and wine. Looks like Shoreditch is becoming one of the best foodie destinations in the city…
