Hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden, Pink Milk are a hazy shoegazers with a love of nostalgia. The band says that this latest single was written to a childhood friend, something reflected in its sun-bleached music video of kids skate boarding through the streets of Sweden. You can hear the influence of Cocatae Twins and Slowdive. ‘Detroit’ is like sugar melting on the tip of your tongue, feather light through a mist of guitar reverb and echoey vocals.
