Ben & Jerry’s is celebrating the great British summer with a tribute to a great British dish, Phish & Chips. The chocolate and marshmallow swirl Phish Food has been a fave flavour ever since it launched back in 1997, and now it’s being turned into a sweet version of our national dish at the Soho Scoop Shop.
The Phish & Chips features Phish Food ice cream fried in a cornflake batter, served with salty pretzel chips, with sweet raspberry ketchup and mascarpone tartare sauce for dunking. It’s only gonna be available on fry-days in July so you’ve not got long to tuck in.
