A new Mexican is coming to town and they’re bringing out the big guns with chef Eduardo Garcia of Maximo Bistrot (named one of Latin America’s top 50 restaurants) behind the menu. Opening in Notting Hill, the menu is expected to be based on six main areas; Ensaladas, Crudo, Tostadas, Masa, Cebiche and Mole, with an emphasis on dairy and gluten free dishes. And at the weekends they will even be putting their own spin on the traditional Mexican brunch. Of course there will be tequila and mescal in the bucket loads with Peyotito putting a twist on the Margarita and Peruvian Sour.
