The Pergola team is heading east and opening a brand new spot at the Crossrail Place Roof Garden in Canary Wharf, with a wrap-around terrace, three bars, multiple food pop-ups and plenty of space to get the party started. The space will be packed with foliage and with floor-to-ceiling windows providing plenty of natural light and great views over the wharf, as will that 200-capacity terrace.
Nick Wyborn (former Executive Chef at Mac & Wild) is overseeing Pergola’s own in-house food offering, which’ll take the form of an seasonal ‘Earth, Land and Sea’ menu. Other London kitchens will also set up shop inside Pergola on the Wharf, with a separate space housing a rotating series of guest chefs and street food traders from the capital and beyond. On top of the food and drink, Pergola will also host a whole range of events from themed brunches to DJ sets to live music performances, so you’ll have plenty of reasons to head on down to Canary Wharf this summer.
