Town Hall Hotel is the PLACE to be right now, not only do you have The Corner Room and The Typing Room serving sh*t HOT food but you also have Peg and Patriot taking care of the drinkies. And, by taking care, we actually mean nailing them.

Run by Matt Whiley – he of Talented Mr Fox fame and those wheely bin cocktails – P&P serves some pretty out there drinks, with combos that might sound scary but actually taste delish. We went for the Scottish Porn Star, served with a shot of iron bru, Pho Money, Pho Problems which tasted like a Thai soup, refreshing and light, and the Vesgroni which comes white even though there is definitely campari in there…

The guys also make their own gin, the atmosphere is a little bit sexy and the people behind the bar are on top of the game. So get down to The Town Hall for dinner and drinks, it’s where it’s at right now….Who said Bethnal Green was grim? How dare you.
