PECKING ORDER IS FLYING INTO LONDON

CLUCK YEAH there’s a new bird in town and it’s a hot one. Delivery kitchen Pecking Order, inspired by visits to hot fried chicken spots in Nashville, is bringing the heat to Londoners with its double dredged Tabasco buttermilk free-range chicken coated in a fiery cayenne paste. There are three spice levels – the mild Spice Up Your Life, the medium Hot In Here, and the blow your head off Fire It Up. The chicken comes in pieces, in an EPIC looking sandwich with slaw and Pecking Order sauce, or as meal deals with fries and slaw.

To celebrate its launch Pecking Order is taking over the outdoor terrace of Albie in Southwark this weekend, kicking off with a 4th July party, where you’ll be able to get the Saucy Sandwich and a beer or The Cuckoo’s Nest two-piece tray and a beer for a tenner. Pints of frozen Miami Vice (that’s half frozen pina colada, half frozen strawberry daiquiri), beer pong and foosball will be on offer to make it a real party (socially distanced of course!).
