the season to get fit and with cheap yoga classes on offer there really are no excuses. Yotopia yoga and pilates studio will be hosting Rocket Yoga every Friday evening outside in July and August in St Martin’s Courtyard, Covent Garden. Rocket Yoga is the latest style of yoga to hit the UK, straight from California, and boy those Californians know how to keep FIT!

The Rocket gets you moving, sweating, breathing and flowing like a traditional yogi, but breaks a few rules. And yoga on a Friday at 5.15pm – 6.45pm breaks our after work drinkies rule too! Classes are by donation, so come along and pay what you can afford. Some mats will be provided, but take your own if you have one to avoid disappointment. No booking required, just turn up before the start of the class.
