To
mark the launch of the newly re-mastered versions of Led Zeppelin’s nine studio albums, the band have collaborated with Paul Smith to produce a series of limited edition scarves. We popped down to the launch event and mingled with Paul Smith himself, and legendary Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, who were on hand to talk to the general public about the iconic album covers represented on the scarves. You can take your pick from six scarf designs, which feature unique Led Zeppelin album artworks. They have each been made in limited edition orders of 50 and are available to purchase in flagship store across Europe.
Images of the band’s upcoming albums Led Zeppelin IV and Houses of Holy are woven into the scarves, with all designs featuring an applied photographic technique, which allows the pieces to look fashionable whilst incorporating an understated and tasteful homage to Zeppelin.
As you can imagine, the scarves themselves are amazing quality, printed by the finest Italian craftsmanship and retail for £395 each. So if you want one, you better get moving, as stocks are extremely limited.
