Not only do Patty & Bun turn out great burgers on the regs (the Ari Gold is a thing of beauty), they always manage to crank things up a notch when it comes to their specials. And this winter is no different. They’ve hooked up with Bermondsey-based Fourpure Brewery to create the Pig In Shift, which is an aged beef patty topped with mature cheddar, Fourpure ‘Shape Shifter IPA’ mayo, red wine pig’s cheek, ketchup AND crispy onions, all stuffed in a soft brioche bun. HELLO.
This bad boy is available at all Patty & Bun locations from now until the middle of January – perfect if you don’t eat quite enough food over the Christmas holidays.
