PASSPORT | BACK TO OUR ROOTS GIGS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED

Grassroots music venues across the country have been at risk of permanent closure since lockdown rules came into force earlier in the year. The Passport: Back to our Roots campaign has been working hard to help keep these venues alive by getting artists to pledge to play gigs and running prize draws for the tickets. After raising £75,000 with the first prize draw for entry to shows by the likes of Elbow, Ash, and Everything Everything, a second series of gigs have just been announced.

Jamie xx will be playing at Corsica Studios, the Pet Shop Boys will be at Electric Ballroom and KT Tunstall will be performing at Windmill Brixton, with Metronomy, Passenger and Russell Watson playing elsewhere around the UK. These intimate shows will take place when the venues are able to open without social distancing in place. If you want a chance to be at one of the shows, you just need to make a minimum donation of £5 to be entered into the prize draw, running from 14th Sept – 5th Oct, for tickets.
