Frenchie and Septime, both Michelin-starred Parisian restaurants, are teaming up for a one-off dinner at Frenchie’s Covent Garden outpost this spring. Frenchie’s Chef Patron Greg Marchand will be joined by Septime’s Founders, chef Bertrand Grébaut and sommelier Théophile Pourriat, on 11th May to cook up the exclusive five-course menu. Exactly what will be served up on the evening will be a surprise, but expect a welcome vermouth cocktail included in the ticket price (£125) and the option of a wine pairing which will feature selected favourites from both restaurants’ wine lists for the extra cost of £95. All profits from the event will be donated to Fonds de Dotation Merci, a charity that supports agricultural projects in France and assists in the employment of migrants to France.
