Paris Baguette Is Bringing a Slice of France to Canary Wharf

The bakery has gone eastwards for site number three

It’s pretty easy for us Londoners to hop on the Eurostar for a little Parisian getaway but there’s a way to get a taste of the French capital without having to leave town – hitting the new Paris Baguette store in Canary Wharf. The bakery and cafe group has been serving artisanal bread, freshly-baked pastries and coffee since it was founded back in 1988, and now it boasts several locations around the world, including three in London.

Like the brand’s other branches in Battersea Power Station and High Street Kensington, the Canary Wharf site, located inside the Jubilee Place shopping centre, features all the Paris Baguette classics. You can stop by for an almond croissant and a velvety latte in the morning, grab a chicken and avocado or salmon and cream cheese baguette for lunch, and pick up a cookie or a slice of strawberry cream cake for an afternoon treat.

All the cakes at Paris Baguette, from the rich chocolate ganache to the light blueberry chiffon to the delicate matcha & yuzu, are all handmade and hand-finished with fruit and cream decoration. And if you’re in need of something to impress at an office event in the office or a birthday dinner after work, you can click and collect whole cakes from the Canary Wharf store too.
