Remember when we posted a pic on Insta of this new place opening on Exmouth Market, well here’s the down low. PANZO is a new Neapolitan pizza joint and they’re gonna be doing things a little differently there. Inspired by Naples famous panuozzo sandwich, all the pizzas will be individually sized, so no more fighting over that last slice, and they’ll be made with 26-hour risen, double cooked dough. The toppings are also turning things up a notch, with combos like mushroom, mozzarella, goats cheese and stilton; pumpkin, courgette, and ham; and gorgonzola, apple and raisins – raisins on a pizza? Are they MAD. With their own version of the panuozzo plus salads, cured meats, grilled veggies, and traditional pastries also coming out of the kitchen, and prosecco, beer and wine on tap, PANZO is more than just pizza.
