The Diner always come in strong on Pancake Day and this year is no exception with some bangin’ dessert specials, including the Oreo Cookie (buttermilk stack topped with marshmallow fluff, crushed Oreos and bottomless maple syrup), the PB&J (buttermilk stack layered with strawberry jelly, peanut butter sauce and topped with a Rinkoff’s Peanut Butter & Jelly Crodough) and the vegan Choc-Strawberry (100% vegan pancakes topped with chocolate sauce, strawberries and coconut choc-ripple ice cream).

Simple, Savoury & OTT pancakes at Foxlow

Foxlow is all about choice this pancake season with three different options available at all their sites. You can go classic with lemon and sugar, savoury with a mushroom and cornmeal creation topped with a fried egg and bacon dust, or OTT with the ‘Elvis’, a ricotta pancake with peanut butter, maple glazed bacon and roasted banana. And all the money from pancake sales on Shrove Tuesday at Foxlow Soho and Balham will be donated to the Magic Breakfast charity, so eat up.
