EastLondon’s Ozone Coffee Roasters has recently branched out into the world of one-night-only supper clubs and for pop-up number two, it’s pork all the way. OCR’s Head Chef Joe and his team have created a four course feast celebrating dry aged, free-range and high-welfare pork from Suffolk’s Dingley Dell Farm. The meaty menu features delights like ham hock beignets, apple scratchings, miso and brown butter porchetta, dry-aged rib eye with bbq sweetcorn, and maple cured bacon brownies for dessert…HELLO. And because OCR don’t want the veggies to miss the party, each dish has a meat-free counterpart. All you have to do is come hungry.
