Conde Nast Traveller is back with another instalment of their Chef’s World Series and this time it’s a St Paddy’s Day spesh. Belfast’s Michelin-starred Ox will be taking over Downstairs at Carousel for one night only, with head chef Stephen Toman cooking up a three-course dinner featuring some of Northern Ireland’s finest produce. If you want to feast on scallops, celeriac and sea urchin, chateaubriand with asparagus and black garlic, and Bushmills jelly, oats and baked apple sorbet, plus wine pairings for starters and mains, you’d better book yourself a seat quick time as this is sure to be a popular one!
