Hello Cillian, thank you for joining us today. Can you tell us a bit more about the founding of Irish Luck?
Happy to be here. You could say we picked the perfect name for IrishLuck. Since it was founded in 2013, we’ve managed to grow the company from success to success. There were two steps we took early on that were essential to securing that success.
The first is that we made sure to hire young, energetic employees who would be able to keep up with the rapid developments in the market. Having the right people behind the scenes kept things running smoothly and kept us from being bogged down by outdated ideas about the online casino world.
The second is that we carefully curated our online slot library. It may have taken us a bit longer to host as many titles as our competitors, but it ensured that all our games were top quality games.
Sounds like you really hit the jackpot with your hiring decisions! Sorry, it’s a terrible joke but we couldn’t help ourselves. How long did it take IrishLuck to move from an idea to the company we see today?
Sure. Look, I’ve heard them all at this point. It’s an occupational hazard. Like I said, we started the company in 2013 but it wasn’t until 2016 that we officially launched the site. Then, in 2018, we decided to expand into the betting market and brought a sportsbook expert onto the team.
In 2019, we revamped the site and added more sections, so players can now find detailed information on payment methods and table games. As you can see, we’ve kept our focus on expanding, being able to offer our customers the best and making information easy to find. While the site looks great today, we’ll continue to improve it as the market develops.
