Polentina, the Italian-Austrian cafe in Bow run by chef Sophie Massarella, has teamed up with natty wine specialists Oranj to curate a case of wine for August, and Sophie is bringing the collab to life with a one-off dinner at Polentina this month too. She’ll be cooking up a menu of Italian treats, including peaches with peas, fava & ricotta; calamari crudo; courgette caponata with fior di latte mozzarella; seafood cavatelli; and cream puffs. Giulia Dowgier, who looks after the wine list at Polentina, will be pouring the vino from their curated case, and it’s walk-ins only.
