operation red rocket <br> the art of dining supperclub

The Art of Dining, the food pop-up from chef Ellen Parr and designer Alice Hodge, is going retro with their new Operation Red Rocket supperclub. Set in the sixties-inspired “British National Space Laboratory”, diners have to help Prof June Cavendish recruit astronauts to send to Mars to join those already selected by the USA, Russia, China and India. Expect lots of interactive elements as well as a five course menu that represents all the countries involved, like American foil baked jambalaya with smoked sausage and glazed octopus, Chinese cumin pork ribs with soft-boiled tea eggs and Xi’an style potatoes, Russian honey cake with sour cream ice-cream and pickled cherries and more.
