Dagny is far cry from a classic Norwegian pop-star (should such a thing exist). Her breakthrough track ‘Backbeat’ is the result of years of trying hard to find a break. Yet after a surprise debut of the track by Zane Lowe and unexpected coverage on Apple Music’s Beats 1 station, it’s been nothing but up for Dagny – releasing her debut EP and a track with BØRNS.
