Ixta Belfrage x Rice Error
The Rice Error guest chef series continues and for January, Ixta Belfrage, known for her work with Yotam Ottolenghi on Flavour, is putting her spin on the Taiwanese rice box with a take on chiles rellenos – prawn & cheese-stuffed peppers on soy-fried rice, with salsa roja and extra XO sauce. This is coming to you via collection of Deliveroo from their Hackney, Kings Cross, Soho and Borough spots.

Rangoon Sisters x Tandoor Chop House
NHS doctors and Burmese supper club chefs the Rangoon Sisters have teamed up with Indian restaurant Tandoor Chop House for a special collab naan for February. This is the second collaborative naan for Tandoor Chop House this year, hot on the heels of their Veganuary special with SpiceBox. This time round the butter naan is topped with a homemade Burmese chicken & potato curry, pickled carrots, a spicy red chilli chutney, coriander leaves and crispy fried noodles. The Rangoon Sisters have raised a whopping £10,000 for charities over the years from their supper clubs since 2013 and £1 from every naan bread sold twill be donated to Medical Action Myanmar, a charity aiming to improve the healthcare in Myanmar and one the sisters have worked closely with.

Kanada-Ya’s Shifudo Ramen
If you’ve not been down to the new Kanada-Ya in Carnaby yet, now’s the time because they’ve added a limited edition shifudo (that’s sea-food-o) ramen to the menu. It’s their famous tonkotsu pork bone broth infused with crab, langoustine and tiger prawns, served with chashu pork belly, sweetcorn and angel hair, and topped with a rich langoustine & prawn oil. Add a draught Kirin on the side and you’re all set to slurp.
