Willy’s Pies x Wagamama’s Chicken Katsu Pie
If there’s one thing we wanna eat in winter, it’s a pie and East London’s premier pie maker Willy’s Pies is putting a spin on the classic chicken pie with a little help from Wagamama and its Noodle Lab. The two have teamed up to create the Chicken Katsu pie – chicken, veg and katsu sauce encased in flaky pastry and served with Wagamama’s katsu side salad and pink pickles. Who ate all the pies? That’d be us.

Yard Sale Pizza x Big Zuu’s Big Slice of Africa Pizza
He’s won two Bafta awards for Big Zuu’s Big Eats and now the big man is bringing us a Big Slice of Africa with his collab pizza with Yard Sale. Inspired by his Sierra Leonean heritage, Zuu’s creation has a scotch bonnet BBQ and tomato sauce base, topped with Maggi seasoned chicken with ginger, chilli & garlic, peppadew peppers and fior di latte mozzarella. As well as slinging his pizza, Yard Sale will also be stocking Zuu’s DRIP canned water, but you better hurry as it’s only gonna be on the menu for a few weeks.

Matsudai Ramen x Tim Anderson’s Spicy Hokkaido Curry Ramen
Cardiff ramen joint Matsudai Ramen has collaborated with Tim Anderson again for another limited-edition ramen kit, inspired by Tim’s new cookbook Ramen Forever: Recipes for Ramen Success. The Spicy Hokkaido Curry Ramen kit features creamy chicken, pork & seafood paitan soup with curry-miso tare; mala mix; aromatic lard; thick wavy noodles; pork shoulder chashu; wakame; and spring onions (there’s also a vegan version available). The kit will be available for nationwide delivery with profits from the sales split between migrant and refugee charities Oasis Cardiff and Praxis.

Flat Iron’s Bearnaise Burger

The Bearnaise Burger is back on the menu and it’s been revamped slightly so it’s even better than the first time around. It’s got two smashed patties made from Flat Iron’s own beef, pickles, shallots, American cheese, dripping fried batter scraps and homemade Bearnaise sauce and yes, it’s as saucy as it sounds.
