After the recent volcanic eruptions that devastated the island of St Vincent, James Cochran (chef-owner of Islington’s 12:51 and founder of lockdown biz Around The Cluck) is hoping to hit a target of £10k to donate to the relief efforts by selling his famous buttermilk fried chicken burger.
