You know what they should do with Old Street Roundabout? They should stick a terrace on it and open a bar…oh, they already have! The new open-air bar is actually on Old Street roundabout: Old Street Terrace. Believe.
It’s the first time this landmark has been open to the public and it will be a space for sport spectating, as is the theme this summer along with your more weird and wonderful events all the way through until October. Things are kicking off this weekend with Beersham, a craft beer and champagne festival.
We hear there’s a craft beer bar, an ever changing street-food menu abd free wi-fi all in a laid-back, lounge-like environment. The entire space is covered in street art too, that nod to the graffiti murals that cover the local area. Hipster
